What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the overall company goals and guidance from the Chief Marketing Officer.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Create a comprehensive social media content strategy, aligned with the overall marketing strategy, to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to optimize content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful content across various social media platforms.

  • Write and edit compelling and engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website analytics, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Manage and mentor a team of associate marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in executing marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure marketing efforts align with product updates and launches.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and social media.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or technology-focused industry.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in marketing is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
